An Internationally Chartered Engineer turned commercial manager who is passionate about sustainable outcomes through carbon reduction technology, calcination technology, waste to energy projects, community energy, battery manufacturing and clean energy projects.

From concept to design of the unique carbon negative mineral technology core to a new patented Flash Calcination process, Michael has been instrumental in commercialization of this home grown Australian technology that is now being exported around the world to reduce environmental impact from the construction industry.

Michael is based in Australia and works around the globe helping the cement, lithium, kaolinite, energy, mining, mineral, water, wine, paper and manufacturing industries to achieve more sustainable outcomes.

Michael has successfully led multi-million dollar mineral processing and energy efficiency improvement projects with Rio Tinto, BHP, Alcoa and now with Calix. Michael is an expert in thermal minerals processing and carbon reduction.

Michael has been invited to speak at a range of mineral, energy and sustainability conferences about how innovative technology can solve global challenges.
